Terms of Use

Control Shift ("the Service") is provided by WarRoom Solutions, a Titan Haven Group product, to authorized organizations under a commercial agreement. Access is limited to users provisioned by an authorized administrator. There is no public registration.

Each organization and its stores are isolated. You may access only the stores and data to which you are explicitly assigned. Misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or sharing of credentials is prohibited and may result in account deactivation.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis for operational coordination. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms and the product disclaimer.

Subscriptions & billing. Access is provided under a paid subscription or a negotiated contract between the customer organization and WarRoom Solutions / Titan Haven Group. Subscriptions are billed at the organization (tenant) level via Stripe or by direct invoice, per the applicable order or agreement. Recurring charges continue until the subscription is canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and stop future renewals; specific fees, billing frequency, trial terms, and any refund or proration terms are governed by your order form or agreement. Failed payments may lead to a past-due grace period and, if unresolved, suspension of access.

Control Shift provides general management and operational guidance. It does not replace employer policies, official HR, safety, accounting, or employment records, legal requirements, or any other required systems.

Users must follow all applicable laws and their employer's policies. Do not store sensitive personal, medical, disciplinary, or confidential information in free-text notes.
