Control Shift stores operational records you enter — shift notes, actions, observations, missed demand, availability gaps, and KPI context — scoped to your organization and store.

The Service is not intended to hold personal, customer, medical, HR, or disciplinary information. Do not enter customer names, phone numbers, emails, payment details, or other personal data in free-text fields. File uploads are disabled.

Account data (name, work email, role, store assignments) is used solely to operate the Service. Deactivating a user preserves their historical attribution for audit continuity.

Control Shift provides general management and operational guidance. It does not replace employer policies, official HR, safety, accounting, or employment records, legal requirements, or any other required systems.

Users must follow all applicable laws and their employer's policies. Do not store sensitive personal, medical, disciplinary, or confidential information in free-text notes.
